The fine print:

All files and photos retain legal copyright of KP Designs at all times. Exceptions will be made in writing. All clients are required to sign a model release form and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the photography sessions.

A second photographer can also be requested by the client within the selected photography package, or where deemed appropriate by KP Designs.

All photography packages are for the Brisbane area only. KP Designs charges 75c per km for any travel over 50kms return. For all other areas, please contact Kelly directly to discuss fees for travel arrangements. (Fees may be waived by KP Designs if deemed appropriate.)

When booking your photography session, a 25% deposit is required. This can be done via bank deposit, cheque, or cash. An invoice will be sent upon booking. Full payment for portrait sessions is due on the day of the shoot and all wedding photography payments are due at least 1 week before the wedding date. If cancellation of a booking is required, you must notify KP Designs in writing. The initial deposit of 25% to hold your date is non-refundable, as this means that Kelly may have to turn other bookings away once your date is confirmed. All invoices are to be paid within 14 days of issue.

All gift vouchers must be pre-paid before they will be sent out. Gift vouchers are only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you are redeeming a gift voucher, but fail to show up for a photo shoot, or cancel within 24 hours of your shoot, your gift voucher will be void.
